A good Book

To Be Seen
HERE AND NOW

Ayya Khema

When we are confronted with situations which we find difficult to handle, we can remember that we are faced with a learning experience. Overcoming unwholesome mind states needs mind power, which we develop through our meditation practice. If we are not yet able to keep our attention in meditation where we want it to be, we will not be able yet to change our mind when we want to do so. The more skill we develop in meditation, the easier it will be for us to either "avoid" or "overcome." By the same token, as we practice substitution in daily living, we assist our meditation. When we realize that our mind is not a solid entity which has to react in certain ways, but is a movable, changeable phenomenon, which can be clear and illuminated, then we will more and more try to protect it from unwholesomeness. It is often a revelation to a new meditator to find out that the mind is not a fixed and believable reactor, but can be influenced and changed at will.

Because of you
because of you
Because of you
because of you
Santavana
Santavana
Because of you
because of you
Santavana
Santavana
Santavana
Santavana
Santavana
Santavana
Santavana

Vegetarian Chinese Dumplings

Source from:
http://confessionsofamom.com/recipe-vegetarian-chinese-dumplings/

Vegetarian Chinese Dumplings:
1 pack of wonton papers (noodles) usually found in the produce section in a cooler
1/2 pound finely chopped tofu
1 cup cooked sticky rice
2 green onions (chop the tops only, save the white onion part for the sauce)
2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
1-2 tsp freshly grated ginger root (buy a small piece, it doesn’t take much)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 raw egg
1 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
4 TBLS flour
2 TBLS soy sauce
Mix these ingredients together, like you would a meatloaf. Put in a tightly sealed container over night if possible, so the mixture can flavor. Then start making your sauce:
Mild Dipping Sauce:
Soy Sauce with a little water
Traditional Dipping Sauce:
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar (important to use rice, as it’s mild and key to this recipe)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 TBLS Soy Sauce
2 TBLS sugar (add or delete based on how sweet or tangy you like it)
1 tsp hot chili bean paste (found in the asian food aisle, or substitute 1 tsp of hot pepper flakes that you might add to a pizza)
1 clove grated garlic
2 green onions (the white part left over from the meat mixture)
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Seal in a tight container, shake it well to mix, and let sit to flavor. This will be sweet, spicy, and tangy all at once.
We lay out a bunch of wonton papers on the counter, add a small teaspoon of meat mixture to the center, use water on your fingertips to make the noodles sticky around the edges, and roll them into a pattern that seals the ingredients inside. Remember that extra dumplings can be frozen prior to cooking them, so make extra for your freezer.

Good about own self

Always caring own self,  not missing in this life
Every lost and gain come from us
How to overcome it,depend on us to face it.

Remember to see through within own self
Understanding the real own self,
Walk along this term of life,
Doing things we love to,
Love the one we love to.

See through own self
Caring own self
Explore the good and bad about own self
Finding out own potential
Make the best out of it.

a Song

How far from birth to death, is in the length of our breath
How far from confusion to consonance, when comes a sudden chance
How far from love to hate, you can't anticipate
How far from then or now, when laughter spreads somehow
How far from you and me forgiveness only
How far from heart to heart, the sky to the earth

Only Method

Using the method without add in others,
In the progress, our heart should be gradually becoming Simple.

No Matter How

No Matter under what circumstances,
we need to be Mindfull,
We know we are mindful at that moment,
we will see clearly that moment of cause and effect.

A Song for you

A Song for you.
When you want to express your feeling, listen to a song which might keep you peace in mind.

Inner
